As one of the best Cambridge Schools in Erode, college and career guidance is woven into the student journey from Grade 7. A grade-wise programme blends Future Pathways support, internship opportunities and mentorships, helping learners identify strengths, explore possibilities and choose higher education and career routes with confidence.
Laying the groundwork
By Grade 7, learners are encouraged to examine what they enjoy, where they excel and what they hope to achieve. With structured guidance, they begin to understand how selecting Grade 8 IGCSE subjects can be strategically linked to longer-term study options and professional ambitions.
Exploring options
Grade 9 marks a more in-depth phase of work with Future Pathways guidance. Learners review multiple career sectors, explore course and university options, and start to channel broad aspirations into defined goals, considering pathways in India as well as international destinations.
Making informed subject choices
During Grade 10, subject and stream decisions are made with a clear view of the future. With personalised counselling, learners choose aligned Cambridge AS & A Level routes after Grade 10, ensuring that their academic profile is well matched to intended university courses and career pathways.
Planning for university
By Grade 11, learners partner with the Future Pathways team to shortlist colleges and universities that suit their interests and profiles. They unpack application requirements at home and abroad, track important timelines and see how current academic performance and activities impact upcoming opportunities.
Applying and choosing the next step
In Grade 12, the focus shifts to implementation. Learners polish personal statements and essays, coordinate letters of recommendation with teachers and work with counsellors to check applications and résumés. Guidance from workshops, roadshows and fairs supports clear, well-informed decisions about future study destinations.
The Future Pathways team creates a clear route from school to university and work for each student. This powerful ecosystem opens multiple pathways for TIPSians to thrive in leading Indian institutions and top international universities.
