A medical practitioner turned education leader, Dr. Shivkumar Chinnusamy brings extensive experience across national and international curricula. He has played a key role in expanding TIPS across multiple campuses while ensuring each remains unique in approach. With continuous learning at the core of his philosophy, he actively engages in global workshops and school visits, bringing diverse educational insights to the organisation.
A seasoned educator with 35 years of experience, Ms. Latha Maheshwari is an expert in curriculum development and academic leadership. Beginning her career as an IIT JEE Mathematics faculty member, she has held key leadership roles in education. She is known for her forward-thinking approach and commitment to integrating modern educational practices.
With over a decade of experience in education management, Ms. Maheshwari Sridhar leads key operational functions across TIPS, including administration, HR, student welfare and campus services. Starting her journey as a student counsellor, she has grown into a strategic leader known for enhancing operational excellence and student well-being through innovative practices.
With over 15 years of experience in IB, Waldorf and Montessori education, Ms. Parasakthi specialises in early and primary curriculum development. She is deeply committed to holistic education, strongly believing in nurturing every child’s overall well-being alongside academic excellence.
With a background in global organisations such as Infosys and Bank of America, Ms. Tamilarasi transitioned into education and has over a decade of experience across CBSE, NIOS, IB and Cambridge curricula. She leads the implementation of Cambridge programmes across TIPS campuses, fostering a research-driven environment that values student voice and purposeful learning.
Ms. Aruna Maheswari V B.com , M.com , M.A Childcare and education, MSc guidance and counselling, B. Ed , is the Principal for The Indian Public School, Salem.A commerce graduate She stepped into the world of education in 2002. She has 20+ years of experience working with Indian and Malaysian schools, honing her skills and articulation of IB, Cambridge, Waldorf and National Curricula. Her approach to education is a healthy balance of international exposure and Indian values. She is an academician who constantly learns, acquires new skills, and invests time in studying schools and education systems across the world. Her belief is that education must be well-rounded and holistic. She encourages her teams to deliver with creativity, sensitivity, nuance and a strong value system.

Leading with purpose to nurture independent, curious thinkers through Montessori principles and inquiry-based learning.Ms. Kavitha Nachimuthu is a certified Montessori practitioner with over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. Her approach is deeply rooted in creating nurturing, inquiry-driven environments where children develop curiosity, independence, and confidence as active learners.As an Early Years Coordinator, she plays a key role in mentoring teachers, guiding curriculum development, and fostering reflective teaching practices aligned with IB philosophy. With over a decade of experience in the Cambridge curriculum, he has excelled as a Biology facilitator and academic administrator, producing outstanding IGCSE Biology results. Recipient of the Star Teacher Award at Sanjay Ghodawat University, Pritam is recognized for excellence in teaching and leadership. Currently serving as Academic Administrator, he applies a structured, collaborative, and student-centered approach to foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

I began my professional journey in Chennai as an HR Recruiter in a software company, where I gained valuable experience in talent acquisition, employee coordination, communication, and organizational processes.
Currently, I serve as an Admin Manager at The Indian Public School, overseeing administrative operations, institutional coordination, and parent communication. My role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations through effective planning, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

What begins as curiosity often transforms into purpose—and for Dr. Poffe M. Francis, that journey started in the world of science and evolved into a passion for education. With a strong academic foundation in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, and Human Genetics, she went on to complete her PhD in Microbial Biotechnology, contributing to DBT-funded research at the National Centre for Cell Science. While research sharpened her analytical thinking, it also sparked a deeper question: How do students truly learn? This curiosity led her into the world of education, where she discovered her true calling.Her journey as an educator span across IB , Cambridge and NIOS curricula, where she has inspired young learners as an IB PYP Homeroom Teacher and IGCSE Biology and Global Perspectives facilitator. Shanmuga Priya has been serving as the Future Pathways Counsellor at TIPS since 2017, playing a pivotal role in guiding students toward meaningful higher education and career pathways. With extensive experience supporting seven graduating cohorts, she has worked closely with students and families to navigate global university admissions, helping them make informed and confident decisions about their academic futures. Her passion for career guidance and student development led her to pursue the International Career Counselling Certification from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Extension, strengthening her expertise in international admissions and career planning. She is also an accredited counsellor through The Times of India – The Education (THE) Counsellor Accreditation, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and ethical counselling practices. Balamurugan serves as a CAS Facilitator at TIPS, teaching art and design to students in Grades 6–8. He practices and explores diverse art forms including painting, insulation art and thread-based art. His students’ works have been recognised and published in The Times of India. He emphasises nurturing creativity, confidence and artistic growth while inspiring lifelong learning among students.

Noorsafa A is an Art Facilitator at The Indian Public School International Campus, Erode, holding a B.Sc. in Costume Design and Fashion. She has one year of experience teaching art in a private school and guides students to explore creativity and express ideas through various art forms. She is passionate about nurturing students’ artistic confidence and encouraging creativity in every learning experience.
Pavithra R is a Classical Dance Facilitator at The Indian Public School, holding a Civil Engineering degree. With five years of experience in dance, including two at TIPS, she mentors students in classical dance, stage performances and competitions such as RAIS. She has also served as a PYP Exhibition (PYPX) mentor, guiding students through enquiry-based learning while fostering rhythm, movement and Indian cultural traditions.
Pradeep Kumar is a Visual Art Facilitator with over eight years of experience in art education, including teaching experience in Chennai. He specialises in realistic and hyper-realistic art forms such as pencil shading, colour pencil techniques and watercolour painting. Pradeep guides students in observation, creativity and visual expression, and has led students to district- and state-level competition success. He regularly conducts art exhibitions and workshops to encourage young artists.
Premnath T is a Media Facilitator at The Indian Public School International Campus, Erode, with a Master’s degree in Visual Communication from Hindusthan College of Arts & Science. He has a diverse background in film production and academic instruction, having served as an Assistant Professor at Excel College for Arts and Science. Premnath has significant experience in the digital media space, including directing content for the Nakkalites YouTube channel, school-based web series, college short films and independent films.
Sunil S is a music producer, educator and creative mentor, serving as the CAS Music Production Facilitator at The Indian Public School, Erode, for the past seven years. Holding a Master’s degree in Product Design and a diploma in music production, he has collaborated with film industry professionals and influencers. At TIPS, he introduces students to modern music production techniques, creativity and collaboration. He also leads TIPS Originals, the school’s music label, under which students have released over 40 original songs on global platforms including Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music.
Suresh S is a Dance Facilitator at TIPS with 15 years of experience in the dance field, including four years in the IB program. Holding a B.Sc. in Mathematics with Computer Applications, he specialises in freestyle, contemporary, jazz, traditional folk and hip-hop. He has competed in numerous dance competitions and mentors students for performance events, cultivating skill, confidence and stage presence. He also has a professional passion for DJing.
V. Dinesh is an experienced Music Teacher and Vocal Trainer with over 11 years in music education. He holds a Diploma in Music and experience teaching under the IB curriculum. At The Indian Public School, he focuses on vocal training, choir preparation and developing students’ musical confidence and stage presence. He has been part of the school’s music and cultural environment for three years.
Vinoth F is a Western Dance Facilitator and Head of CAS at The Indian Public School, with over 20 years of experience in dance, choreography and stage performance. He has competed in and performed at multiple national and television competitions. At TIPS, he choreographs and mentors students for RAIS competitions, cultural events and school productions. Vinoth emphasises discipline, teamwork, confidence and artistic expression through dance and creative learning experiences.Throughout my journey in dance, I have participated in and secured placements in various competitions conducted by several television channels, gaining valuable exposure in the performing arts field. Over the years, I have performed in numerous school programs, competitions, and stage performances, continuously exploring different styles of dance and performance techniques.At The Indian Public School, I have been actively involved in choreographing and organizing performances for RAIS competitions and various cultural events. I have guided and mentored many students in preparing for stage performances, inter-school competitions, and school productions, helping them develop confidence, creativity, and strong stage presence.As an SME of CAS, I also support initiatives that encourage students to engage in creative, activity-based, and service-oriented learning experiences, helping them grow as confident and responsible individuals.Through my work as a dance facilitator and mentor, I strongly believe in using dance as a powerful medium to build discipline, teamwork, confidence, and artistic expression among students.
Arun V S is a dedicated fitness and athletics coach with qualifications in B.P.E.S and B.P.Ed, along with certifications including Football Blue Cubs Level 1 and Category 5 Referee. He began his coaching journey at Strikers Football Academy and has been serving as a General Fitness and Athletics Coach at The Indian Public School (IB) since 2024. Known for building strong foundations in physical fitness and athletic performance, he has contributed to student success, including leading teams to Overall Champions at the Primary RAIS Athletics Meet (2024–2026).
Hari Haran T is a Physical Education Teacher and basketball coach with a B.A. and B.P.Ed, bringing strong expertise in training and game development. He has coached at Wintrix Club, Cuddalore (2023–2025), and is a TNBA-certified referee. Known for building disciplined, competitive teams, his recent achievements include leading teams to runners-up and winning positions at the RAIS Basketball Tournament and securing 3rd place at the ISSO Basketball Tournament across multiple age categories.
Karthi J is an experienced Physical Education professional and badminton coach with a B.Com (CA) and B.P.Ed, along with professional certifications including the NIS Certificate Course and Shuttle Time training. He began his career at Nava Bharath School, Anoor, and has been a valued member of The Indian Public School (IB), Erode since 2013. With a strong focus on skill development and competitive excellence, he has guided students to notable success in the RAIS Interschool Badminton Tournament, with achievements across multiple age categories in both singles and doubles, including podium finishes and championship titles.
Is the Head of Physical Education at The Indian Public School – Cambridge International, Erode, with advanced qualifications including BCS, B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed and M.Phil. With over a decade of experience, including her early years at TIPS Coimbatore (2009–2011), she has been leading the department in Erode since 2011, building a strong and inclusive culture of sports and student development.
Under her leadership, the school actively participates in Regional Association of International Schools (RAIS) events and has successfully hosted key tournaments such as the TIPS Trophy 5-a-side Football Tournament and the RAIS Girls’ Basketball Tournament (2025–26). The sports programme spans all age groups, from foundational physical development in the early years to competitive training across athletics, swimming, basketball, badminton, cricket and football.

Velusamy is an experienced cricket coach with a strong academic background in Information Science and Management (M.Sc.) and professional certifications including BCCI Level 1, ICC Level 1 and NIS. Since 2013, he has been coaching at The Indian Public School (IB), Erode, where he focuses on developing technical excellence, game awareness and a competitive mindset, while nurturing discipline and a passion for cricket among students.
Raghul K is a qualified Physical Education professional and football coach with a B.Sc in Physical Education, B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed and M.Phil. He holds a Football “D” License and has completed the Category 3 Referee certification. With over five years of experience across institutions including The Sports Gurukul (Mumbai), Riverside Public School and Sathiyakaathi Global School (Kotagiri), he brings strong expertise in coaching and student development. Since 2023, he has been serving as a Football Coach at The Indian Public School (IB), where he has led teams to notable success, including Under-19 winners and Under-17 runners-up at the RAIS Football Tournament, and Under-19 runners-up at the Nathan Memorial Trophy.
V. Rajagopal is an experienced Soccer Coach with over a decade of expertise in physical education and student fitness. He holds B.Com, B.P.Ed, and M.P.Ed degrees, along with a PG Diploma in Yoga, and is certified with an AIFF Coaching License and Futsal Level 1.
He previously served as Head of Physical Education at Isha Home School and Kongu Vellalar Matriculation School. Since 2011, he has been coaching at TIPS Cambridge International, Erode, training students from foundational to advanced levels in soccer.
His specializations include programs for special children, fitness training for children with autism, motor skill development, and water safety training.
